    During my four-night stay, I was impressed with the comfort of the Deluxe Pool View Room. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a great variety of fruits and made-to-order scrambled eggs. I also appreciated the location, which was conveniently close to various attractions like the Downtown Mall and the Dancing Fountain. The hotel has a lovely pool area that was perfect for relaxation after a busy day visiting the sites.

    Wow, triumph luxury really dropped the ball. My room smelt like a smokehouse, and when I asked for a change, I was ignored. Don't even get me started on the filthy balcony. I almost thought about giving them a good review, but this 'five-star' experience was unacceptable!

    The place was fairly clean, I booked the triple room with views of pool, everything was great. It was based in nice building in a magnificent and peaceful location, close to shopping malls.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

    I appreciated the attentive service, and the kids loved the big pool area. The hotel even hosted a fantastic volunteering event that reflected the management's core values. Our Grand Beautiful Pool View Room offered fine views.

    For dads, it would be great if there was more kid-friendly entertainment.

    The hotel's attention to detail was excellent. The outdoor pool area was a perfect retreat, complemented by excellent poolside service and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was consistently attentive.

    The pool area was great, and my kids really enjoyed it,,, very clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and tried to help despite the chaos with the room situation. One time, I asked about laundry services,, and they were very prompt and professional in handling my clothes.

    It wasn't cheap,, but I guess it's acceptable given the location and amenities.

    definitely want to stay in that area again

    Excellent amenities in the Beautiful Pool View Room with spacious balcony, minibar, and tv. Spa facilities include outdoor pools and relaxing massages. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot days. The staff offered great concierge services and I loved the complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast had a delicious variety, too!
